Canada sets an example for a green planet

September 3, 2019 – According to an article published in the Toronto Star, Canada remains a global leader in the area of environmental conservation.

Just last year, Canada’s Nature Fund committed $500 million dollars to protecting imperilled wildlife, establishing new protected areas and supporting Indigenous-led conservation.

Canada will be attending the 2020 United Nations Biodiversity conference in China to spur further discussion on future goals regarding environmental protection.
