Jules Léger Library
The Jules Léger Library's main objective is to support the research needs of Department of Global Affairs Canada employees at the headquarters in Ottawa and at missions abroad. Additionally, the Library supports the needs of Canadian and foreign clients conducting research in the subject areas mandated to the Department.
Selected services are available to members of the public who are conducting research in these specific subject areas. The Library is open to the public Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (excluding statutory holidays).
