Beca Colombia: Educational opportunities for Canadians in Colombia

May 28, 2025 – The Colombian state agency for the promotion of higher education in Colombia and abroad, ICETEX, has launched a call for applications for the 2025 Beca Colombia program!

The program offers scholarships to foreign citizens wishing to pursue graduate studies in Colombia.

Canadians and other foreign citizens who do not have dual nationality (Colombian), who are not residing in Colombia, who have not been beneficiaries of the same program in previous calls, and who have a professional or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply.

• Funding organization: ICETEX
• Duration: maximum duration of up to 24 months (4 academic semesters)
• Inclusions: Tuition fees, monthly allowance, installation expenses, and expenses for books and materials
• Deadline: June 13, 2025
