Canada-ASEAN Partnership Forum

December 6, 2023 – The Canada-ASEAN Partnership Forum, organized as part of the 2023 Canadian Bureau for International Education (CBIE) Conference with the support of EduCanada, brought together over 200 delegates representing key stakeholders in education from Canada and Southeast Asia. Among the delegates in attendance, 60 represented 9 ASEAN countries.

The Forum featured a broad spectrum of presentations and discussions on timely topics, such as global citizenship, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and innovative internationalization partnership models.

The participants presented country-specific priorities in education and discussed ways to strengthen existing linkages and to identify new opportunities for collaboration within the framework of Canada’s Indo-Pacific Strategy .

The Canada-ASEAN Partnership Forum served as a great platform to exchange perspectives and expertise, as well as to establish meaningful connections that will extend beyond the Forum!
